Format: Written PDF Document (typesetting with LaTeX preferred)
Length: At most 2 pages per team member
The progress report answer the following questions:
- What have you done so far? Report any preliminary findings (positive or negative).
- What do you plan to do with the remaining time? You should include at least 2 steps per team member and should indicate rough deadlines for each of those steps. Steps should be specific to your project, not generic
- For projects where the final artifact is a written report:
- Describe the general layout of at least one plot or results table that will appear in your final report. e.g. What are the horizontal / vertical axes? What will readers learn from the plot / table? How does it contribute to the narrative of the report?
- For projects where the final artifact is a code (e.g. Jupyter) notebook:
- Provide a draft table of contents for the notebook, including section and subsection headers, with 1-2 sentences describing what material that (sub)section will cover.
Team projects should clearly state the name of all project members involved.
